VisionDTV Mini Ter

Twinhan's PCI digital television receiver is also a pretty simple affair, the board consisting of a small digital TV tuner and a Conexant Fusion 878A chip, which acts as the video decoder for the device. The only real difference in functionality between this and the USB MagicBox is the addition of support for HDTV signals, although of course this is not of much use to UK users at present in the current HDTV-less environment.

The back plate of the board features only a single input, for connecting the RF cable of your aerial to.

The protruding part of the connector shown above can be removed to reveal a more 'standard' RF input - Either can be used dependant on how you are hooking your antenna up to the device.

The VisionDTV Mini Ter features the exact same remote control as its USB counterpart - However, this time a USB device is provided to accept the signal from the remote.
