AMD's 28nm GPUs run cool and Sapphire produces some very useful coolers. Put the two together, and it's no surprise to see the Radeon HD 7770 OC leading the pack in the temperature benchmark. 57ºC while playing Total War: Shogun 2 is suitably chilled.
