Gigabyte's GeForce GTX 550 Ti OC throttles down to 50.6MHz when idle, and in doing so brings the total power consumption of our Sandy Bridge test rig down to just 45W.
The overclocked card's under-load numbers are a little higher than we'd like, though, and AMD's Radeon HD line continues to offer the best eco credentials.
