Following on from last week's E779 X79 Classified, and quite possibly the X79 SR-3 too, EVGA's Jacob Freeman has lifted the lid off another LGA2011 flavour - this time, the X79 FTW.
The X79 FTW goes with an E-ATX form factor, features 100 per cent POSCAP capacitors, a right-angled 24-pin power connector, 3-way SLI + PhysX compatibility, plus a host of other bells-and-whistles.
It's also believed to deliver a 14-phase VRM for CPU power delivery, plus a 4-phase VRM for the memory. You've also got EVBot support, UEFI, onboard Bluetooth, and the addition of PCIe and DIMM disable switches - according to EVGA.
That's apparently just scratching the surface, so stay tuned as more emerges.
