Benchmarks: CPU

Cyberpower's gaming rig is one of the most expensive systems in our line-up, and rightfully slots in at the top of our number-crunching PiFast test. A Core i7-4770K at 4.6GHz is, as you might have guessed, pretty rapid.

Gamers might be tempted to save a few pounds by downgrading to the four-thread Core i5-4670K, but make no mistake, as far as multi-core performance is concerned, the hyperthreading-enabled Core i7-4770K is the pick of the Haswell bunch.

Overclocked, top-of-the-line Haswell CPU, 16GB of Corsair Vengeance 2133 memory and a nippy Samsung SSD. These ingredients all result in a massive PCMark score: the Infinity Achilles GT is the first review system to fly past 7,000 marks.
