SandForce-powered drives are particularly adept at handling numerous 4KB input/output operations per second, and SSDs based on the SF-2281 controller continue to dominate the chart.

But Corsair's Performance Pro puts a cat among the pigeons by gobbling up a bombardment of 4KB read and writes at a rate of over 48,000 input/output operations per second (IOPs). The drive is mighty quick in this benchmark, too.
