XFX's revised mainstream PSUs go by the name of XXX Edition Semi-Modular and range from 650W through to 850W. Based on an established PSU technology and producing solid numbers across the board, we have no qualms regarding the performance of the top-rated 850W model.

The only question that needs answering in this review, therefore, is whether XFX's supply represents good value for money.
