Test Setup

1.2Ghz - 100Mhz FSB - Memory running @ 100Mhz (We used 256MB Crucial Pc133 Cas2 - We Under
clocked it)
1.2Ghz - 133Mhz FSB - Memory running @ 133Mhz (We used 256MB Crucial Pc133 Cas2)
1.2Ghz - DDR - PC2100 Ram.

To test the memory we decided to use WinStone 2000. With this test-rig we weren’t sure what to expect. But when running in a direct comparison of the DDR Technology over Standard SDRam, we saw around 6% improvement with the use of DDR Ram Technology. This is a reasonable percent improvement for the cost, especially when one compares it to RamBus, which we all knows sux ;)
