Should you be expecting more than GeForce GTX 1060 graphics at the £1,900 price point? Perhaps, but then Nvidia's GPUs aren't getting any cheaper, and when you take into account thermal requirements, performance and features, this GPU along with a 6GB frame buffer is arguably the best fit for a slim gaming PC. The 3DMark results are in line with expectations and we're particularly impressed by performance consistency, as evidenced by a 98.8 per cent pass rate in the Time Spy Stress Test.

There are more powerful GPUs in Nvidia's mobile stable, but the GTX 1060 is a fine choice for gaming at the native 1080p resolution. Graphics can be cranked-up to maximum in most titles and even the most demanding games can be rendered close to the desired 60 frames per second.
