Entry-level discrete cards can also be used for general-purpose computing. GK208 is, at times, 2x faster than GK107 - most likely due to the much-mentioned combination of extra memory bandwidth and pure GFLOPS grunt - but isn't even close to the scores laid down by the Radeon HD 7730.
