Overclocking

The GTX 760 WindForce 3X has a healthy out-the-box overclock, but that doesn't mean there isn't further headroom available to those who like to tinker. Without playing without voltages, we were quickly and easily able to bump up the core to 1,175MHz and the memory to an effective 7,008MHz.

At these settings Gigabyte's card was found GPU Boost'ing to a ludicrous 1,306MHz. That's the sort of speed it takes to supplant the GeForce GTX 680.
