Making a really good case for game of the year already, BioShock is fantastically playable and looks great on the PC. We benchmark a 40-second section near the start.

The recently-added dual-GPU behemoths make short work of BioShock Infinite - both can average almost 80fps at 2,560x1,600. Nvidia is likely to be pleased with the scaling in this title, however, as two GTX 780s jump up by around 1.9x the performance of a single card.

We can also plot the per-second frame-rates of the three best setups - all using dual-GPU rendering, complete with potential performance foibles - and show that, while absurdly expensive at £1,100, two GTX 780s sure are fast.
