Call of Duty 4, another title to traditionally favour AMD's hardware, provides a set of interesting results. Both the GeForce GTX 295 and Radeon HD 4870 X2 offer equal levels of performance at 1,680x1,050 and 1,920x1,200. Ramp up the resolution to 2,560x1,600, though, and the GeForce clearly scales better - a signal of SLI's maturity over AMD's CrossFire, perhaps?
