The card

The 7800 GTX we have here is from ProLink, who produce PixelView graphics cards based on NVIDIA's GPUs. Just to recap on the specs of G70 GTX, you've got a default core/mem clock of 430/1200, 24 fragment processors, 8 vertex processors, 16 ROPs and a juicy 38.4GB/sec of memory bandwidth. Some AIB partners have clocked their cards a little above reference specs, but the PixelView card sticks to the defaults.

Card front

Look familiar? Indeed it should, as we're reference layout here, except the PixelView branding on the cooler. It is, of course, a PCI-Express part, as are all GeForce 7800 GTXs.

Card back

And around the back it's the same story.

Card bracket

On the bracket we've got the standard two DVI connectors, one of which can run in dual-link mode, allowing resolutions in excess of 1920x1440, great if you have a gargantuan monitor like Apple's 30" beast. At the top of the backet is the connection for the VIVO breakout box.

Nothing to write home about in terms of card appearance, then. That's not to say this is a bad thing, however. On to the bundle we go.
