Bundle and warranty

Review samples of Sapphire products are usually presented in a full-retail box, but can usually only be bought in 'lite' retail form, indicated by the bundle on this page.

Angelina Jolie falling on hard times and modelling for graphics-card boxes? Please note that this full-retail box (-50R) is unlikely to be sold in the UK.

You could always paint her feet if you get bored, we suppose.

Items Multi-language user manual
Installation driver CD
CrossFire dongle
HDMI dongle
VGA dongle
HDTV cable
PCIe-to-Molex cable
Mini-DIN-to-S-video converter

Bearing in mind that it's the 'lite' retail version we're looking at and not the full-retail box, the software bundle is basic, amounting to just the driver CD and multi-language user manual.

We'll talk more about the hardware bundle as we look at the Sapphire HD 3870 ULTIMATE on the following two pages.

Warranty

The Sapphire Radeon HD 3850 1GiB is backed up by a two-year warranty. Claims in the first year are handled by the supplier from whom the card was purchased from. Claims after this period are handled by a U.K.-based service centre.
