Benchmarks: Memory

Memory bandwidth is, surprisingly, a little lower than the previous generation, as evaluated by the latest release of AIDA.

And so is latency, suggesting one of two things: that the benchmark may not be optimised for AMD's newest architecture, or latency and memory bandwidth have indeed dropped during APU revisions. We also ran the most up-to-date version of SiSoft Sandra and found similar results to those detailed above, lending weight to the notion that AMD has compromised the memory subsystem for gains elsewhere; the common sense thinking is that Kaveri should be at least as good as Richland in this regard.
