Your company might have you still using a towering 386 PC, but Lenovo's adamant that the all-in-one form factor is the future of desktops.
And it isn't just referring to home users, either. For large businesses looking for a space-saving solution, the Taiwanese manufacturer has followed up on last year's ThinkCentre A70z with the launch of the bigger, better M90z.
The new model, pictured above, features a 23in touchscreen display, a choice of Intel Core i3 or i5 series processors, DDR3 memory, hard-disk or solid-state storage, a built-in optical drive, Wi-Fi connectivity and a built-in webcam.
Wouldn't argue against any of that in the home or small office, but the M90z has been blessed with a list of enterprise-specific features, too. There's a choice of optional ergonomic stands; including an extended arm or wall-mount arm, Lenovo's ThinkVantage productivity software, encrypted hard drives and a completely removable back panel that'll let your IT team carry out easy upgrades.
If the space-saving all-in-one isn't your cup of tea, there's always the ThinkStation C20.
Described by Lenovo as the world's smallest dual-CPU workstation, the C20 is said to be 46 per cent smaller than Dell's Prevision T5500 and 31 per cent smaller than the HP Z600, and allows for it to be installed into a rack or used as a traditional desktop.
Inside, configuration options include a choice of Intel Xeon 5600-series processors, up to 96GB of DDR3 memory, up to two NVIDIA Quadro FX 4800-series GPUs and native SAS support.
Ready to refit your business? Both the ThinkCentre M90z and ThinkStation C20 will be available from Lenovo later this month priced from around £820 and £1,691, respectively.
