Corsair launches Vengeance DDR3 SODIMM kits‎

Corsair has released three new memory upgrade kits for its Vengeance range which are optimised for use with Intel’s second-generation processors.

The plug-and-play SODIMM kits launch in three flavours, the 4GB (1x4GB) 1,600MHz version and two 8GB (2x4GB) sticks, which are available with operating speeds of either 1,600MHz or 1,866MHz.

Though the new notebook memory upgrade kits have been designed especially for Intel’s Core i5 and Core i7 processors, they are also backward compatible with machines with first-generation chips.

All three kits are available immediately from Corsair and should be making their way to resellers worldwide in the coming days. SCAN also currently stocks model CMSX8GX3M2A1866C10 and CMSX8GX3M2A1600C9.

The speed of these modules in the table doesn't make sense when compared with the article above the picture.

It states that the 1 module kit is 1600MHz, but in the table it shows us that the 1 module kit is 1866MHz.
