"When we launched the original Razer Naga gaming mouse several years ago (2009), we had no idea that it would rise to become the best-selling MMO gaming mouse the world has ever seen, helping launch a slew of other MMO mice," said Min-Liang Tan, Razer co-founder, CEO and creative director. He went on to say that the "mechanical thumb grid buttons for better game control, improved ergonomics... makes MMO gaming more efficient".
Razer Synapse 2.0 software helps gamers make the most of their Naga mice. It can help players set up their mouse’s key binds, macros and other preferences, all from within any games they play using a "non-intrusive overlay".
Making a lefty version at a loss
Razer also announced a left-handed version of the new Naga will be made available. Producing this left-handed design is expected to result in a fiscal loss, says the press release. However Razer will go ahead due to "popular community demand". The Razer CEO added his personal flamboyant note; "Why? Because we like to do fiscally irresponsible acts for the betterment of gamers worldwide!"
The new Razer Naga MMO mouse is said to be available now, worldwide. The recommended price for this advanced rodent is $79.99USD/EUR.
