Inspiron 1520 owners look away now
Dell's Inspiron 1525, billed as "the all round notebook as versatile as you to accomplish more in less time", is now available to pre-order from Dell's Australian website. Listed as available for shipment from January 9th, we expect it to appear on Dell's UK website in the very near future.
Though the specification isn't all that different from the older Inspiron 1520, the new 1525 is slimmer than its predecessor, comes with a host of new colour styles and dons a HDMI port.
The default specification on offer provides an Intel Intel Core 2 Duo T7250 processor, 2GB 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM, 160GB hard drive, integrated Intel X3100 graphics, Wi-Fi and a 15.4" TFT screen. All this for $1,399 Australian dollars, that's about Ā£615, not too shabby.
The bad news for me is that I just so happened to purchase a 1520 a little over a month ago. Typical.
