Antec has announced the launch of the Three Hundred Two enclosure, a mid-tower chassis for enthusiasts on a budget.

The case features eight expansion slots, eleven drive bays (3 x 5.25in, 6 x 3.5in, and 2 x 2.5 inch), 170mm of clearance for the CPU cooler, and 318mm for up to three large graphics cards.

The black chassis comes equipped with a perforated front bezel and two cooling fans, one at the rear and one at the top, with space for a further four. It also supports ATX, microATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, has two USB 3.0 ports on the front and features four cable management holes; three down the right side of the motherboard tray and one for the main PSU cable.

The Three Hundred Two is an excellent enclosure for those who want to build a reliable, long-lasting PC,” said Mafalda Cogliani, Global Marketing Director for Antec. “The enclosure has great cooling and expandability options, making it the perfect choice for anyone looking to build a new and affordable gaming PC with high functionality and design."

The only difference I can see between my Antec 300 and this is the cable management holes and the 2x 2.5" drive slots.. That's it.

It even looks almost identical.

Come on Antec, the 300 has been out for ages, we want new designs :P

Yes it does seem identical to the 300 but as the 300 is so good I'm not sure I'd want it changed much. Its unobtrusive, well laid out and well built - its perfect for me and I'm not sure I'll be replacing it soon!

usb3?
Other places have pictures of the insides. Much much better.
Decent cable management
What looks a fan grill under the CPU ?
Cut-out for the CPU cooler
HDD trays reversed and are now tool-less. Add some sound proofing - I'd buy it.

Had the Three Hundred few months back. Thought ok case, value so so. Now got NZXT Gamma for 2x less and I love it. Looks the job, performs well and costs twice less. Ok, maybe a bit lighter and not as thick steel. Who cares, it's sitting in same spot all the time. No more Antec for me. Just overpriced junk. PSU is another story. Very nice units.
