HighPoint Technologies, a pioneering force in the storage industry for over 19 years, proudly has officially launched LTO tape drive support for ThunderboltTM 2 RAID Adapters and RocketRAID 6Gb/s SAS HBA's. Known as Dual Storage Mode, these products now have the capability of simultaneously support high-performance RAID storage configurations alongside LTO tape Backup/ Archive solutions.
HighPoint understands that one size does not fit all - different workflows and storage applications require different storage interfaces and port configurations. To address these varying requirements, we have integrated the Dual-Storage Modes Solution into HighPoint ThunderboltTM 2 Hardware RAID Adapter, SAS 6Gb/s Hardware RAID, and 6Gb/s SAS Value RAID PCIe Adapter Series.

The RocketStor 6328 combines the features of HighPoint hardware RAID solutions and ThunderboltTM 2 PCIe expansion, into a single, palm-sized adapter! The RocketStor 6328 is a space conscious, high-performance, single-device solution. Its small size is ideal for compact workstations or portable computing platforms and dramatically reduces your hardware footprint without sacrificing performance! Hardware RAID, SAS Expansion, SATA port Multiplier, and LTO Tape drive devices can now be hosted, simultaneously, from a single RocketStor 6328 adapter, for Mac Thunderbolt platforms and OS X 10.9.x and later.
