May 2nd 2013 - Solwise are pleased to announce a recent addition to the Solwise 500AV Homeplug, the PL-500AV-POE, is now in stock.
The PL-500AV-POE is a plug in Homeplug adapter meeting the 500AV standards, it includes a 802.3af (48v) Power over Ethernet port allowing you to connect instantly using the same network cable for both network data and Power over Ethernet power, for example for using Access Points, IP Cameras or VoIP phones that support Power over Ethernet.
The PL-500AV-POE supports 500Mbps AV for powerline networking making it suitable for video and audio data streams. It has a simple plug and play installation. The 128 bit AES encryption ensures that your network is secure.
Remember, you will need at least two HomePlug devices to form a HomePlug connection. More HomePlug AV devices can be added to further share your network.
