-- SOYO’s latest innovation reveals its commitment to leading the IPC industry by combining legacy design with cutting edge technology --

FREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE) – March 06, 2003 – SOYO® Group, Inc. (OTCBB: SOYO), maker of award-winning motherboards, computer peripheral, barebone systems and wireless networking products, today announced the immediate availability of its new P4I845PE ISA motherboard based on the Intel® Pentium® 4 platform. This board is the latest addition to SOYO’s family of industrial products designed to meet the continuing ISA interface needs of computer telephony systems and other industrial PC applications. SOYO projects a growing demand for such a solution because of needs to upgrade existing computer telephony integration (CTI) from the discontinued Pentium III platform to the newer and more efficient Pentium 4 platform.

The majority of embedded high-speed networking applications in the telecommunications, data communications and transaction terminal markets still utilize ISA interface for cost effectiveness. SOYO’s latest P4I845PE ISA motherboard targets corporate users who need flexibility to meet multiple price performance points, from entry-level Intel Celeron processors to the latest, high-speed Intel Pentium 4 processors.

SOYO’s groundbreaking ISA solution offers power and economy of the latest Intel Pentium 4 processors, combined with Intel’s new i845PE performance chipset. Delivering a versatile PC platform that accommodates 3 full length ISA boards, the SY-P4I845PE ISA motherboard features support for Intel’s fastest 3.06 GHz CPU, the new Hyper-Threading technology, 533 MHz Front Side Bus, and cost efficient DDR333 memory. The enhanced chipset solves bottlenecks created by increasing processor speeds, and accelerates the memory bandwidth 25 times faster to 2.7 GB/sec, compared to 1.064 GB/sec with PC133 SDRAM memory commonly used on a Pentium III platform. Additional features include on-board audio, integrated 10/100 Mbps Ethernet, enhanced USB 2.0 I/O, Ultra DMA 100, Advanced Management Capabilities, Wake on LAN for network management, and support for all new Microsoft Windows operating systems.

SOYO’s latest solutions for the industrial market will be showcased at hall 22, stand #25, CeBIT, Mar. 12-19 in Hannover, Germany.
