New portable PC case for serious gamers from Cooler Master
Cooler Master has launched the new Ammo 533, a new PC case designed specially for the serious gamer. With its striking looks, highly robust and specially strengthened chassis and strong carry handle, the Ammo 533 is ideal for taking to LAN parties and moving from place to place. The stylish Ammo 533 stands out with its eye-catching black SECC finish, plastic front bezel and top-mounted power and reset switches.
Weighing just 10 kg and measuring only 485x215x460 mm, the compact Ammo 533 is easy to transport anywhere.
The Ammo 533 features inbuilt components that are completely protected, while the screw-less casing can be opened quickly without any need for tools. This allows for rapid modification, customisation and maintenance such as swapping drives and other parts.
Cooler Master has drawn on its experience in cooling technology to design the Ammo 533 with excellent air flow and heat dissipation, which is supported by side vents so that heat build-up inside the case is minimal. A 12 cm front blue LED fan provides ventilation and it is also possible to add another fan at the rear.
The casing offers plenty of space to take up to five 5.25 or 3.5-inch drives to keep gamers happy. The control panel offers two USB 2.0 connections and one IEEE (Firewire) connection, as well as connections for microphone and loudspeaker.
The Ammo 533 (RC-533) is available immediately, with a recommended retail price of £59 (inc. VAT) and carries a 36-month guarantee.
