Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon added to AMD’s Never Settle Reloaded

AMD has decided to expand its Never Settle: Reloaded promotional games bundle to include the upcoming Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon game. Apparently this has been done because of customer feedback asking for more games; keep asking folks...

The AMD Game Blog announced; “The Never Settle Reloaded promotion has been a tremendous success for AMD, with scores of new customers claiming their free copies of amazing games like BioShock Infinite, Crysis 3 and Tomb Raider each and every day. But it comes as no surprise to us that the one piece of feedback we keep hearing is: “MORE GAMES, PLEASE!” We hear you.” Now the Never Settle Reloaded promotion has been bolstered by the addition of Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon.

Every eligible graphics card in the promotion you knew about before gets this additional free game title, this includes the Radeon HD 79XX and the HD 78XX series. Also since our news story detailing the bundle AMD has added both the Radeon HD 7790 and HD 7770 GHz Edition to the Never Settle Reloaded bundle eligible cards. You can easily see below on the chart what cards get what games for free in Europe, US, Australia, NZ and S Korea.

Far Cry Blood Dragon is due to be launched worldwide on 1st May 2013. The game is set in 2007 and is said to feature styling influenced by “the charmingly bad sci-fi movies from the straight-to-VHS era, which broadly depicted the “future” as a mild dystopia slathered in neon and bionics”. The game’s official website also pays tribute to this “Geocities” vision of the future.

In summary, by 1st May, whether you have already redeemed your Never Settle Reloaded promotion code or not, you will get a free game key if Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon is going to be released in your country.

In summary, by 1st May, whether you have already redeemed your Never Settle Reloaded promotion code or not, you will get a free game key if Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon is going to be released in your country.
So this is a game added to existing bundles? I was under the impression that it was only available to people asking for their (Steam etc) keys after this update was announced.

If it does apply to existing NSR registrations then I'm going to be a very happy bunny - even if the latest game seems to look like merely a “mod” on the existing Far Cry 3 setup - that means I've got £100 worth of titles just for buying an AMD graphics card.

This NSR deal is making me seriously consider getting a 7970, but I'll probably wait until the BF4 game is added (even though I really need a new card, still using an gtx 280 (I'm impressed that it has lasted me this long, it's a good card).
