Fans of Marvel comics will be excited with the news that SIGIL are in the process of developing an MMORPG based on the series of cult comic books.
The untitled game will be similar to City of Heroes, the online world that's home to an entire universe of heroes, where you and thousands of other players take on the roles of super powered heroes - in a stunning, 3D graphical world. The groundbreaking news is that the game will attempt to bridge the gap between PC and Xbox 360 gamers by logging onto the same servers.Who will end up on top is anybodys guess, but it's certainly an exciting concept.
SIGIL are currently in busy with development ofVanguard: Saga Of Heroes so a date for the new game is not yet known.
Sigil pride themselves on making games that are "nothing less than revolutionary and stunning." Let's hope they haven't bitten off more than they can chew with this demanding project. Further details are scare but Hexus will bring you the latest news as soon as we hear!
