Gigabyte's reveal last week has been followed up with the release of a slide - purporting to be from AMD - giving us some more information, on the rapidly-approaching FX-Series of CPUs.
It was Turbo Core speeds that were notably missing from last week's episode, but if the above is to be believed, these have also been fleshed out.
The 8-core FX-8150, with its 3.6GHz base clock speed, should ramp up to 4.2GHz. Its 125W and 95W TDP FX-8120 siblings, will apparently ratchet up from 3.1GHz, to 4.0GHz. Last but not least of the 8-core flavours, the FX-8100 - with its 2.8GHz base clock speed - could muster up 3.7GHz.
Moving on to the 6-core FX-6100, here we're looking at a 3.3GHz base clock speed, potentially getting up to 3.9GHz, and the 4-core FX-4100 - with its 3.6GHz base clock speed - goes for the 3.8GHz mark. There's also a new addition, with the mention of a 4-core FX-4170 - running at 4.2GHz - and ramping up to a Turbo Core speed of 4.3GHz.
