Microsoft has announced a white version of the stylish Arc Keyboard we took a closer look at last month.

Functionally identical to the existing black model, the new design - featuring a white and lime colour scheme - will be offered exclusively via Amazon at a cost of $59.95.

It's a funky-looking peripheral, and whilst unlikely to fit in with most PC designs, it could prove to be the ideal accompaniment for your Mac.

Measuring 311mm x 153.99mm, the compact ultra-light keyboard lacks a dedicated numpad but is touted as an ergonomic solution for use around the house.

The Arc Keyboard's unique curved design is arguably more to do with eye-catching looks than it is usability, but there are a couple of useful features thrown in. A battery life indicator will let you know when your battery is running low, and the bundled 2.4GHz Nano USB transceiver is one of the smallest on offer and stows neatly in the base of the keyboard.

Looks lovely, if not a little pricey at $59.95. Amazon.com is currently taking pre-orders, but there's no indication of a ship date and no sign of UK availability.

It looks like something some idiotic marketing/design types spewed out of their warped brains. I think I'll stick with my logitech wave and avoid RSI.
it wont prove a perfect accompaniment to a mac because its made by Microsoft, and apple peeps are SEETHING at you right about now
I actually love the look of it. Wonder if any of my local stores have this to have a play about with. Black version of course!
