Remember the gorgeous, Adamo-like Dell Vostro 13 notebook introduced for business users at the tail end of 2009?
Well, it seems to have proven popular with the design folks over at Dell, as the company has given an almost identical makeover to its latest business-centric portable, the Latitude 13.
Described by Dell as "the world's thinnest 13-inch commercial client laptop," the Latitude 13 offers business-orientated features such as remote management from a Citrix client, VMware virtualisation software, and a number of system management tools including Dell's own remote imaging service, Dell ImageDirect.
Solid-state drives will be available as storage options, with increased security via full disk encryption backed up by a Trusted Platform Module (TPM).
There's no word yet on what CPUs Dell will be using, but we'll find out soon enough as we're told to expect the Latitude 13 "in the next several weeks".
