Wondering what ECS has in store for Intel's new P55 chipset? The answer is the P55H-A Black Series motherboard.
ECS' board, pictured above with an LGA 1156 socket in full view, offers support for the tasty new Core i5 and Core i7 processors and targets those planning a gaming rig on a budget.
The P55H-A features a pair of PCIe x16 slots with support for ATI CrossFire, and four DDR3 DIMM slots allowing for up to 16GB of 1,333MHz RAM. Elsewhere, there's an eSATA port for external storage, a selection of on-board SATA ports supporting RAID 0,1,5 and 10, a total of 14 USB ports, eight-channel Realtek HD audio, Gigabit Ethernet and a six-phase PWM.
As you'd expect, the board is also kitted out with a selection of ECS exclusives - including the M.I.B. II OC BIOS utility and ECS' instant-on Linux operating system eJiffy.
We'd expect the board to be hitting stores today, but we've yet to see any mention of pricing.
