TV and tables
Finally, Microsoft's illuminating research found that Daybreak was the most searched-for TV show of 2010, despite its flagging ratings.
Meanwhile, 28 percent of MSN UK users have coined ITV's period drama, Downton Abbey, the best new show, followed closely by BBC1's Sherlock with 24 percent of votes. The favourite TV moment of 2010 was Coronation Street's dramatic tram crash, while 45 percent of people said their favourite reality TV show was XFactor. What a surprise.
And finally, a third of people polled dubbed Jonathan Ross, who was finally given the heave-ho by Auntie this year, the most over-paid TV star.
For all the results, here's a table from Microsoft.
