Friday 1 December, London: As part of its mission to provide a superior smartphone experience to all its customers, Huawei today announced an innovative new support service for the Huawei Mate 10 Pro, the world’s first AI enabled smartphone.
In a bid to offer an enhanced experience at all points of the customer journey, Huawei has bolstered its support service, challenging the mobile industry by setting a new standard when it comes to customer care. In addition to existing service support schemes, including the Remote Service support app and the opportunity to Trade In your old device and receive a voucher towards a new Huawei product, the brand is pioneering a new Door to Door replacement service.
Huawei recognises that customers want to limit the time they spend without a smartphone should their device require a repair. Through the new scheme, in the rare event that there is a fault with a Mate 10 Pro device, the Huawei Door to Door Service will allow all Mate 10 Pro customers to receive a replacement device within just 24 hours of putting the request in. A courier will collect the device at a location of the customer’s choosing, at the same time as collecting the faulty device, minimising the time a customer is without their smartphone.

The Huawei Door to Door Service will initially be available to all Mate 10 Pro customers, with more devices to come on board in the near future as the business continues to innovate across all areas of communication with its customers.
