Soundbook X3 is designed with latest audio codec technology which replicates the entire frequency of the audio, maintaining CD-quality audio over the Bluetooth connection and ensuring that users lose the wires without losing the audio quality. The latest Smart Bluetooth 4.0 in also included to allow maximum connectivity and is compatible with version v2.1 and above. Integrated NFC technology ensures a fast, hassle-free and easy way to pair with compatible devices - requiring only a single touch to connect and get started. TDMA noise rejection ensures clearer, uninterrupted streaming whilst the built-in battery is ready to power a playlist with up to 10 hours on a single charge.Soundbook X3 defies its size with an impressive 20W stereo power, achieving a subtle balance between a smooth, defined bass, pronounced vocal range and detailed high crisp notes. In order to fit within the Bluetooth ‘pipe' and be transmitted wirelessly, audio needs to use a bit rate reduction technique. aptX audio technology uses a non-destructive solution to ensure the audio is transmitted over Bluetooth's available bandwidth. It replicates the entire frequency of the audio, maintaining CD-quality audio over the Bluetooth connection and ensuring that users lose the wires without losing the audio quality.
About TDMA noise rejection
TDMA noise is the digital noise heard when a mobile phone is transmitting data to the cell tower, and is located near to an amplifier or speaker. It is heard through the loudspeaker. Design for rejection of TDMA noise eliminates this interference when listening to a music system.
