Velocix Enables End Users to Enjoy Rich, High-Quality HD Experiences Using Adobe Flash Technology

Cambridge, UK and San Francisco, USA - April 17, 2008 - Velocix (www.velocix.com), a leading Digital Asset Delivery Network, today announced support of Adobe(r) Flash(r) Media Server 3 through the Flash Video Streaming Service program.

Adobe Flash Media Server 3 is now deployed throughout the Velocix network, to provide support for H.264 and VP6-S High Definition live and on demand streaming, to audiences around the globe. Velocix will support the real-time encryption protocol, RTMPe and SWF Verification, which helps protect high value media assets.
