Ordered a CPU cooler, and it arrived the next day. Had been damaged in transit - hardly the fault of quiet PC, but a PITA nonetheless. Dropped them an Email to arrange a return, and met with a fantastic customer-oriented response. A replacement part arrived the following day, with the carrier also collecting the return. Service was so good it made the hassle of having the part originally turn up damaged seem almost unimportant. |
