Ordered a htpc case which arrived next day, unfortunately my graphics card didn't want to fit in the case so contacted quietpc, they quickly sent me an RMA number, and then refund with no problems. Preorded another case which was yet to be released, the case was with me the very next day the stock arrived. The stock date was also spot on, no overdue problems at all. [b]Very friendly and helpful customer service, lighting fast delivery, fast and problem free RMAs, what more could you ask for. Will definitely be using QuietPC again![/b] |
