I came across Aria when I was looking for a new 22" monitor for my second computer. They had the cheapest price I could find on the internet for it, a Samsung 223BW.
The website is well designed and easy to navigate so I had a wander around it and found that they also do what they call SuperSpecials, that is special offers on certain items for a limited amount of time or sometimes until stocks last. The monitor I was after was nearly £20 cheaper here compared to other retailers so I was almost set on buying it, but before I had to have a look at review websites like these were I found out some not so favourable reviews which nearly put on hold my purchase. That's until I found out about the forums they maintain, a really healthy community were no question goes unanswered, I asked away and I had a reply within hours about how they were trying to improve their service in the last few months, so I decided to give them a chance.
So I went ahead and ordered it. Entering the personal details wasn't easier or harder than any other website I have been on so I would classify the experience here as painless.
The monitor arrived next day, there was no packaging apart from the manufacturers' box but that was good enough and there were no marks on the box.
I had a problem when I opened the box though - there was no UK kettle lead! So I quickly left a note with their customer service and I received an answer within the same day indicating that a UK Kettle had been dispatched! I was really surprised and pleased at how quickly they had dealt with this problem! The lead came the next day well packed in a bubble envelope.
All in all my experience with Aria was excellent from beginning to end, from the really easy to navigate website to the problem resolved within hours, I can't really recommend Aria enough to friends and family.
