I'd be hard pressed to think of another company that offered the same level of customer support than that provided by QuietPC.com. I say same because it certainly could not be bettered ...
Having suffered some sort of electrical glitch type breakdown in my Zalman TNN 500 AF PSU and finding myself a little outside of the manufacture's warranty one begins to think that the manufacturers know something of a nasty surprise that you don't ... yet. Oh it may be slightly cheaper to buy hardware elsewhere somewhere on the Internet but, as my mother used to drum into me, there' a price to all this cheapness. That price is after sales support. In my experience and having not always taken the path my dear mother had shown me, buying hardware on the cheap as it were can work out more expensive over even a short period of time.
What joy then that having been a customer of QuietPC on a few occasions in the past and that they are stockists of the fabulous Zalman products, that I should turn to them for help with my problem PSU. Their response was totally QuietPC.com! In a unfussy, we-will-help-you-sort-it-out way, they not only supplied a replacement PSU shipped directly from Korea [i](had they had one in stock that day it would have been sent to me right away from the UK)[/i] but also offered to continue to correspond with me until it was installed and fixed ... fabulous!
