I bought a Jetway J7F4 1.5GHz mobo from them. They were very eager to take my money. I had some problems with memory compatibility, and I got an email straight away.
I tried sending a second query relating to it, and strangly, got no reply. "No biggie", I thought, "I must have asked a stupid question. I know the answer to it anyway."
Then the motherboard started giving off a high-pitched squealing noise, i.e. a bad cap. So I asked for an RMA. 4 days later, nothing. So I asked again. Still nothing after 4 more days. and again from a different email addres... still nothing. And again, STILL nothing.
They don't have a phone number, and only deal via fax - I wonder why?
I've seen reports on the internet that they've given a similar experience to other users - not replying back to them even after several weeks.
I strongly recommend you NOT buy anything from them unless you want to risk not being able to send the product back if it is faulty because they ignore you. Yes they've got the variety, but that isn't the only thing one wants from an e-tailer.
