i bought 80% of my computer from them, only thing i ddint get was the case and motherboard and that was because they didnt have the ones i wanted in stock.
most of the staff are nice enough but....
my computer had a serious fault and it was impossible to pin point so i had to bring it in.
customers always right?, what ever happened to that?
they made such a big deal out of small things, like for instance they refused to try to install windows (this was where it was crashing) as they would have to charge me for it.
didnt want to test another drive, the excuse was that he might 'lose his job' i mean come on what a bunch of bullshit.
and finally since none of the componants THEY sold me were faulty they charged me £45 and wouldnt even bother to confirm if it was indeed the motherboard that was at fault.
it turns out the motherboard was at fault, if your going to charge me for checking the pc you could at least find the problem instead of giving an attitude about it.
