Excellent prices, got a laptop bag, USB TV tuner, ethernet cable, 2 USB back plates, a cheapo headset, and two sets of rechargeable batteries for £25. I made the order on Sunday but asked for an amendment to the order on Monday morning. I thought this might cause a delay but no, it was despatched later that day and arrived very promptly on Tuesday morning. Excellent service as always.:)

Made an order for a load of little things - media, a few ethernet cables, some Arctic Silver 5, a USB fan, a couple of 80mm fans. I was emailed to be told that one of the items was not in stock, despite the website suggesting otherwise. OK, fairly obscure item so understandable, i chose an alternative. Im then emailed again saying another item is not in stock. That annoyed me a little - they could at least have told me about both at the same time. When the order arrived the USB desk fan was broken - the fan head had fallen off and there were some little bits of plastic rattling around inside. A little tinkering with a screwdriver and it was working fine, and im assuming it was just a cheaply made item rather than scans fault. So a few small problems - it would help if scan finally got some sort of real time stock system going, but still 4 stars because of the excellent prices, free postage, the fact that there were very quick replies to my emails and the problems only resulted in a one day delay to my order.
