I bought one of Scan's systems form their 3XS range about 2 years ago. I have always been very happy with it. Recently I decided to upgrade it and dealt with Scan over the phone. I was very happy with the service that I received from them. I probably spent an hour talking to the guy from the sales team in regards to options and getting everything configured correctly. It was a genuine pleasure speaking to him and he really new his stuff. He phoned me back after a few days to let me know he'd been speaking to the engineers about it and they recommended changing the SATA backplate on the case as a new SATA3 one was now available. They even agreed to swap this out of one of their cases as they didn't have any in stock and didn't want to delay the build even further! They put it on test for over 24hours and had an issue with the bluetooth on the motherboard which they then replaced for me. Delivery and collection was via DPD who were ok but would have preferred to use Netsolve. Sadly they didn't have any drivers in my area at the time :(
All in all, having got the PC back I am extremely happy with it. The build quality as superb and I even got a PM from the engineer making sure everything was ok with it and to let me know that he specially customised an Aquasuite fan profile for me as he wasn't happy with the default one!!! Scan wins hands down in the service department from all the PC manufacturers I have ever used and I will be buying from then again in the future.
