I bought a 1tb Iomega harddrive and the price was very low. Received drive next day well packed. About 4 months later it died on me called them up and they replaced it for me with no trouble what so ever. I was again amazed on the turn round on the returns, took less than 5 days. This company really know how to look after there customers. Will recommend to anyone. Very pleased
