We have ordered two computers from MESH and I am very impressed with them and the service.
The first system arrived a few days late but I was telephoned and informed of this, the second computer arrived on time as expected.
The computers themselves are of the highest quality; the cases are sturdy and well designed (easy to open) and value for money is excellent, I feel like I've got a good deal on both systems.
The support is exceptional, I'd even go as far as saying it's the best I've experienced. One of the memory modules died on me, a phone call to technical support suggested a few tests I should run which confirmed it was broken. A second call and a return label was sent out to me within a few days, I then rang to arrange for the courier to pick it up the next day. Another couple of days later and I received a replacement module - all covered under guarantee so I haven't paid a penny! Whilst the call centre is in India on no occasion was I stuck in a queue and the people on the other end seemed to know what they were talking about which is the important thing.
If I were to start nit-picking I'd say the website lacks documentation; there's little in the way of a Knowledgebase which I suspect would make their job easier. But as I say that's not important when you get straight through to Tech Support on the phone, email support seems to take a day or two though.
I have, and will continue to recommend MESH to anyone who asks.
