I bought a Zalman VF900-CU graphics card cooler and a Zalman CNPS9500 CPU cooler from Quiet PC. Both arrived within a couple of days but the retaining clip was missing from the 9500 package (which was boxed, so not Quiet PC's fault). They supplied a replacement clip without any quibbles by return of post - exceptional service. |
