I broke my remote for the Thermaltake Bach media centre and had been having trouble getting hold of a replacement that was before i contacted these guys! Two emails later and a remote lands on my doorstep,excellent communication,fast response times,brilliant service! I cant say how pleased I am with them and I will most certainly be calling back for more...:):):):):):):):):):):) |
