Second review for YOYOtech, as this is item gave me a different experience. I ordered the LiteOn SH-16A7S-05C (DVD-RW) same time as my system chassis. When both of my items arrived and I opened up the DVD-RW it was not what I ordered. They had sent me a LiteOn LH-18A1H-488C instead. I searched the website for customer services, which was lacking, they only had a "contact us" section which won't categorise queries. I told them of my situation, on the Tuesday (when I received it), and I got no response, but when Thursday morning came I found my actual requested DVD-RW come through the post (Royal Mail, not City Link), with no additional costs. They haven't responded to my e-mail saying they want my other DVD-RW back, and that they'll pay postage, so it is an unfortunate loss for them until I hear from them. I am happy with YOYOtech for quickly correcting their shipping error, and would still definitely recommend them.
