Absolutely excellent. I explained what I needed - quite complex and they went away, researched product compatibility etc for me, came back with a list of items, all with hyperlinks to facilitate quick ordering, and with notes on usage. We then mantained an email correspondence until I was sure I had what I wanted and was happy to place an order. Compare that with a major vendor (unnamed but with a good reputation for service) I phoned recently to find out more about the sound card and speakers I was thinking of ordering (£300 worth) who clearly (1) didn't know anything and (2) couldn't give a damn. They cost a little more than some, but believe me, you get your money's worth as you end up with the right products. The only place I've marked them down slightly is their website, where it isn't always easy to find what you're after. It's still good, but I think they could learn from their competition in this area. Cheers, Tom. |

Oh my goodness. It has been so painful to deal with Aria. Hours on hold to customer services (a revenue generating phone number), orders that don't get sent despite money being taken, lots of broken promises. Enough. I used to think they were great, but this week they've shown their colours. Avoid this company. <edit> 2 weeks late for something they simply had to take off the shelf - it was in stock! Pleased with the end product, but they've done nothing to redeem themselves. If I were them, I'd have bunged in a cheap memory stick, or a note of apology from the MD or something. Not a sausage. Why? Because they really don't seem to give a damn! |
