Scan itself were terrific. But the delivery was horrenous! My order was picked and dispatched by Scan on Monday 12th. expected delivery on Tuesday 13th. Nothing arrives on 13th, call the couriers next morning, 1 hour on hold before an answer, to be told the order never got delivered on Tuesday because the driver ran out of time, and it might be delivered today Thursday, or tomorrow Friday! It finaly arrived at 3PM on Friday afternoon, costing me 3 days off work just to wait for a parcel.

Excellent service, and free delivery thanks to Hexus and Scan! Plenty of information about expected delivery, including emails and even a text message to my mobile. Package arrived 8:30 AM on the expected day.
